Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Where we ship:

We ship across India, except in unserviceable areas.
All orders are shipped from Mumbai and Pune.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

How long it takes:

Your orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on your delivery pin code.
We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours after processing them.
If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes the longest to be dispatched. Tracking details will also be shared separately.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines. We shall keep you posted regarding the same.
On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.

Tracking your order:

You’ll receive an Email/SMS/WhatsApp with a link to track your order.

Cancellation:

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. Please email us immediately at paragraphe.store@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation.
Cancellation Process: Once your cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Please mail us at paragraphe.store@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

International Shipping:
