Refund Policy

Return Process: 

• We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.

• If you have received a damaged product please write to us at paragraphe.store@gmail.com

• Please email our customer service team at paragraphe.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item.

• Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.

• To facilitate the return or exchange of the product, you can do the same within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product or refund the amount, whichever option you prefer.

 

 Refund Eligibility: 

• Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as per your preference.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item. Refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. 

• Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.

• For customised orders no returns or exchanges are applicable.

• Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund.

 

Changes in your order information

• If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at paragraphe.store@gmail.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
